Project Management:
Our company develops all software processes using the Agile Scrum methodology. In this way, a software project can be managed easily and quickly by dividing all production process into small pieces. A project manager is informed detail on daily, weekly and monthly basis. Customer feedbacks are handled quickly and customer satisfaction-oriented solutions can be reached easily. Any delays or malfunctions that may occur during the project steps can be detected and solutions can be produced quickly.
Agile thrives in adaptive cultures where team members are quick to change if the outcome is a more productive work experience. Scrum method works on the principle of simplifying any complex project into several small parts called ‘sprints’. Based on sprint planning, these sprints can last from 2-4 weeks and each member of the team has a specific task to do.
The scrum master and the team members are kept updated on the progress through daily meetings called standups and several graphical illustrations like the ‘burn down’ chart. A product backlog is maintained where all tasks are recorded in order of their priority which is set either by the customers or their proxy.
Project controls are processes for gathering and analyzing project data to keep costs and schedules on track. The functions of project controls include initiating, planning, monitoring and controlling, communicating, and closing out project costs and schedule. Our company manages all software development processes on Microsoft Azure Devops Platform (on premise). In addition, GIT can be used as a repository if requested within the scope of the Project.
